Over 30 years ago, while studying communications, I realized that I wasn’t leading a life that was true to myself. I entered a recovery program, turned myself and my life around, and went on to establish several businesses including an all female construction company.
Throughout the years, there was one constant…my greatest satisfaction came from working with friends, colleagues and employees to help them stretch
themselves further and invite greater fulfillment into their personal and professional lives.
I turned the most satisfying part of my life into my career. Certified by the Coaches Training Institute, I help transform lives via one-on-one coaching relationships, seminars and speaking engagements.
